Mercedes G550 4×4²-style Dual Shock Conversion for Mercedes G500/G55/G63/G65 W463

With the portal axle conversion, your G-class can look virtually identical to the 4×4 Squared…except for one major component: dual shocks.  But that’s no longer the case.  Now you can add dual shocks to your G-class, with or without the portal axle conversion.  These look a lot like the BRABUS Adventure upgraded red shocks.

The threaded shock bodies can be adjusted to raise the vehicle up to 50mm.  The kit includes 8 springs, 8 shocks, suspension mounts, and brackets.  The dual shock conversion will fit all W463 models.

Here is the kit installed on a Mercedes G-class with the portal axle conversion, but the portals are not required.  Without the portal kit, you would only be able to lift the vehicle 2 inches.  Add 33″ tires, and you would effectively get another inch of “lift.”
