– Simple direct replacement bolt-on high performance rear G Wagen differential cover.
– CAD designed and CNC machined from a solid block of T6 aluminum on a HAAS mill based off of 3D Laser scans of OEM differential cover.
– Beautiful gold anodizing can be observed from outside the vehicle.
– Increased internal lubrication volume from 1.5 quarts to approximately 2 quarts
– 75% improved cooling and heat dissipation versus old black steel factory G wagen rear cover.
– ABSOLUTE Jewelry piece for all G Wagen G Klasse cars. Very visible and cool especially on G Squared and Lifted G Wagen.
– Rear differential runs cooler and makes the rear gears last longer while looking super custom!
– Does not affect factory warranty and offers the same ground clearance as stock
– 20 FIN count maximizes surface area for maximum heat dissipation – versus stock steel stamped cover.
– Custom made Titanium mounting bolts in purple finish accentuate the beautiful gold anodizing.
– Threaded Titanium magnetic drain plug replaces inferior factory rubber plug design and captures metal particles in the unfiltered differential oil.
– OEM Mercedes gasket (Part #9063510080) provided with the kit – Just add oil and you’re set!
