Mercedes 6×6 Conversion based on 2018 G63 AMG

This build started with a 2018 Mercedes G63 AMG that had less than 2000 miles on the clock. For this 6×6 conversion, the client chose a kit that included the cab, glass, truck bed, 3 complete portal axles, and 6 beadlock-style wheels. We then ordered some additional parts, like the roll bar, longer driveshafts, hardware for the tailgate, and brake caliper adapters.

Suspension will use lift springs and Öhlins shocks with internal bypass. The reservoir will be mounted horizontally, like the Mercedes 6×6 AMG. With the portals and tires, we should have about 10″ of lift, with the option to go increase the height, upon request by the client.
