Lift & Level Your G-wagen with THOR Springs

With these variable rate springs, you’ll get a better ride, improved ground clearance, and more room for larger tires.  When coupled with an aftermarket shock like Fox 2.0 Adjustable shocks, you’ll get even more comfort, while maintaining off-road prowess.  These springs give your G-class approximately a 3″ lift (70mm) in front and a 2″ lift (50mm) in the rear.  With 33″ tires, you get another 1″ of height, and with 35″ tires, you get another 2″ of height.  That might not seem like a lot, but it makes a big difference when you’re standing next to the truck, or getting in/out.

In stock form, the car has a little rake to it, sitting higher in the rear like a pickup truck to accommodate cargo and towing.  When you lift the G-class, that rake gets even more pronounced.  The varied spring heights solve this problem.  You get a lift and leveling at the same time.  And since they’re variable rate springs, you can still load up the cargo area…truck stays level.
